Aurum Watch Face — Privacy Policy

Aurum is a watch face for Garmin Connect IQ devices. This policy explains what data the watch face uses and what it sends off the device.

What Aurum shows on your watch

To draw the watch face, Aurum reads the following from the watch, only while the watch face is on screen. This information is displayed on the watch and is never stored or transmitted anywhere:

• Time, date and battery level
• Optional data fields you choose to show: heart rate, steps, calories, floors climbed, distance, Body Battery, watch battery and notification count

What Aurum sends off the device

Aurum is free to try for a limited period and then requires a one-time purchase to keep working. Purchases are handled by KiezelPay, a third-party payment service for smartwatch apps.

To check whether the watch face has been purchased, Aurum sends the following to the KiezelPay server (api.kiezelpay.com) in the background, roughly once every few minutes:

• A per-installation identifier for the watch (from Garmin's uniqueIdentifier), used only to recognise this installation
• The watch model / part number
• The Aurum product ID in the KiezelPay system

Aurum does not send your name, e-mail address, location, health or activity data, or any of the data fields listed above. Aurum contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking SDKs. The developer does not receive or store any personal data.

KiezelPay

When you make a purchase, you enter your payment details on KiezelPay's own website — Aurum and the developer never see them. KiezelPay's handling of that information is described in the KiezelPay Privacy Policy.

Data retention

The developer stores no user data. The purchase/licence record held by KiezelPay is retained by KiezelPay under their policy so that you are not asked to pay again for a watch face you already own.

Children

Aurum is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.

Aurum は Garmin Connect IQ 対応デバイス向けのウォッチフェイスです。 本ポリシーは、ウォッチフェイスが利用するデータと、端末外へ送信するデータについて説明します。

ウォッチ上に表示する情報

文字盤を描画するため、Aurum はウォッチフェイスの表示中に限り、以下の情報をウォッチから読み取ります。 これらはウォッチ上に表示されるだけで、どこにも保存・送信されません:

• 時刻・日付・バッテリー残量
• 表示するデータ項目として選択した場合のみ:心拍数、歩数、消費カロリー、上った階数、 距離、ボディバッテリー、時計のバッテリー、通知件数

端末外へ送信する情報

Aurum は一定期間は無料で試用でき、その後は継続利用に1回限りの購入が必要です。 決済は、スマートウォッチアプリ向けの第三者決済サービス KiezelPay が処理します。

購入済みかどうかを確認するため、Aurum はバックグラウンドで数分に1回程度、 以下の情報を KiezelPay のサーバー(api.kiezelpay.com)へ送信します:

• ウォッチのインストール単位の識別子(Garmin の uniqueIdentifier)。 このインストールを識別する目的のみに使用します
• ウォッチの機種 / パートナンバー
• KiezelPay システム上の Aurum の製品 ID

Aurum は、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・健康 / アクティビティデータ、 および上記の表示用データ項目を一切送信しません。 Aurum には広告も、解析 / トラッキング用の SDK も含まれていません。 開発者は個人データを受領・保存しません。

KiezelPay について

購入時、支払い情報の入力は KiezelPay のウェブサイト上で行われます。 Aurum および開発者がその情報を見ることはありません。 KiezelPay における情報の取り扱いは KiezelPay のプライバシーポリシー に記載されています。

データの保持

開発者はユーザーデータを保持しません。KiezelPay が保持する購入 / ライセンス記録は、 すでに購入したウォッチフェイスに対して再度課金されないようにするため、 KiezelPay のポリシーに基づいて同社が保持します。

子どもについて

Aurum は子どもを対象としておらず、いかなる利用者からも個人情報を収集しません。

変更について

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、上部の日付を更新したうえで、このページに最新版を掲載します。
